TRUE FRIENDS SAY GOOD THINGS BEHIND YOUR BACK AND BAD THINGS TO YOUR FACE.

MEANING:

This is all about honest friendship, not someone who pretends to be your friend but those people who have your back through thick and thin but never need to tell you they are your rock because you already know it.

Friends who act like you’re perfect are unlikely to be genuine because we all know that none of us our flawless (Beyonce’s song is still dope though!). Instead a true friend will tell you when you look awful, when you’re being too bossy and they won’t sweeten it for you either. But I would rather have one good friend who is not afraid to tell me how they feel, than a hundred people who have no real care for me under the surface.

HOW TO USE IT:

Embrace these true friends, they don’t come around everyday but when they do, you’ll know and you will be together for life. Because they know you love them, don’t ever let them forget how much they are appreciated and do remind them how much you care.

Let them tell you when you’re in the wrong, otherwise how will you ever learn to be a better person. You don’t need ten people telling you that you’re perfect, you just need one honest friend to help you grow and be a better person all-round.

So treat these friends like precious gems and you’ll always be surrounded with light and love!
