FITNESS: Pre-Breakfast 7 minute workout

Whenever I ¬†go for a run in the morning or go to a fitness class I always feel wonderful afterwards! My circulation gets going so I properly wake up, I can blow away the cobwebs, I feel satisfied that I’ve exercised and my metabolic rate is up so I will burn my breakfast faster! BUT what to do on those days when you just don’t have time to spend an hour exercising? Tadaahhhh! This 7 minute workout, yes just 7 tiny minutes, is both aerobic and strength building.
