Right, so as a vegan I have become even more aware of the fact that many beauty brands are heavily involved in cosmetics testing on animals and even if they don’t do this, may have animal products in them. But I was finding it really hard to find anything that wasn’t super expensive or had to be ordered from New Zealand or something. Then I just walked into my local superdrug one day and found their B. range – it is 100 percent vegan and cruelty free and affordable! However, I really think this is one of the best makeup brands I’ve ever used, so even if you’re not vegan – this is amazing, cheap makeup and no animals have been harmed in the making! So here’s some of the things I’ve got so far…

MOISTURISER

So their day moisturiser is great – its not too thick or oily so I don’t worry that I’m just greasing up my face. You can also get them for different skin phases depending on your age – no idea if it makes a difference. Plus the packaging is really sophisticated I think (it’s not meant to cracked though, I just dropped mine on tiles)!

 

 

 

POWDER

Their powder is great, really light again so you don’t feel like you’re caking anything on. I think that’s one of the things I like about the brand – I feel that it has a sophisticated tone that just brings out your natural beauty. Also this comes with a handy mirror attached.

 

 

 

CONCEALER

This concealer is fabulous – you can apply it with a brush or your finger and it blends amazingly with my skin. It’s also really small and compact so you can keep it in you bag if you want to touch up throughout the day, but you probably won’t need to!

 

 

 

 

 

EYESHADOW

Their cream eyeshadow is really smooth and easy to apply. It also lasts the entire day into the night. What’s nice is they don’t go for ridiculous colours – just really nice ones you can actually work with and will use regularly. They are at the pricey end of the eyeshadows but their quality makes them worth the investment.

MASCARA

This is potentially my favourite thing from this brand – it just does not clump! Instead you get perfectly separated lashes and it really does make them seem longer. It is the best mascara I have ever had and everyone should get it!

 

 

 

 

 

 

LIPSTICK

There lipstick comes in really cool colours from classic red to lovely nude and pretty pink. It’s also a really cool container as you sort of click the lipstick in at the bottom. p.s. I know these colours are really similar (although one is bright and one is way more muted) but they do have loads or other colours.

 

MAKEUP REMOVER

So they do makeup wipes which are really good but their micellar water is great, especially if you have more oily skin and don’t want to really grease up your face. Just put a bit on a cotton pad and it wipes off everything.

 

 

 

 

 

MAKEUP BRUSH CLEANER

And finally my other star product is their makeup brush cleaner. I used to be awful at washing my brushes i.e. I never did it ever because I couldn’t be bothered. But we really should, as think of all the dirt and dust on there. But this spray is amazing as you just spray onto your brush then wipe with a tissue and you’re all done! So it is quick and easy.

So there you have it – a great vegan and cruelty free makeup and skincare brand. They do makeup brushes too and everything from eyeliner to blusher to nail polish. They have also just brought out a mens range which is fantastic! So go and buy something and see for yourself!
