OMG!!!!!!!!!! I went to Zizzi for lunch today, expecting to order something kind of boring like a tomato-based pasta dish – then I got the best shock of my life. They now have vegan cheese which you can put on your pizza!!!!!!!! Zizzi my love for you is immeasurable!

They have made some amazing changes to their vegan menu – which you can see on their allergen menu on their website.

VEGAN CHEESE

They are serving vegan cheese for no extra cost! I had mine as a margherita, then just added the toppings I wanted – and it was still the same price as the other pizzas. I think this may be the first chain to ever offer vegan cheese in the UK? (Correct me if I’m wrong)

VEGAN GARLIC BREAD

Following in the wonderful footsteps of Nandos, they now offer vegan garlic bread as well. Starter in the bag!

VEGAN ICE CREAM

Okay this is too much – they offer a coconut and mango ice cream!! So you can actually have a three course meal there, plus they tell you which of their wines are vegan friendly.

All I can say is well done and thank you Zizzi!! You are legends and I hope this is the beginning of a new vegan era for chain restaurants!
