AVO, OLIVES AND TOMS BAGUETTE

Following their Mexican Avocado Flat Bread that I raved about recently (see here), Pret have done it again. This sandwich is incredibly Mediterranean and for me it tastes like a delicious Italian antipasti but inside a sandwich. The olives and tomatoes give it a very strong, delicious taste – but this is complimented beautifully by the creamy avocado and the rocket.
